Capital Christian Jr. Cougar football program has student athletes participating from 2nd through 8th grade

Jr. Midget (7th grade)
Midget (8th grade)

Early registration - $400.00*
March 15, 2023 - May 31, 2023

Late registration - $475.00*
June 1, 2023 - July 15, 2023

*$50.00 sibling discount will apply if applicable
*ALL fees must be paid in full to receive equipment for the season

Registration payment Information
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is due upon registration. Select an option to make your payment in full or partial payments. If you select the option for partial payments, this will not be processed automatically, please save this link to make your additional payments.

If the payments are not made in full during the early registration dates of (03/15-05/31) the fee of $400.00 will then default to the late registration fee of $475.00.

Volunteer Information
Jr. Cougar families will commit to ten (10) volunteer hours for one (1) student athlete and fifteen (15) hours per family with more than one (1) student athlete (football player, mascot and cheer). Volunteer areas will be able available and not limited to our snack bar, par, chain crew, events and more.
